Payment Policy

All payments related to the services and event registrations offered by PowerPeaks must be conducted through our platform. PowerPeaks collaborates with reputable third-party vendors and service providers, including payment gateways, to facilitate secure payment processing and manage the payment information you provide at the time of registration.

Payment Information and Authorization

By registering for an event and providing your payment details, you authorize PowerPeaks to charge your payment method for the event registration fee. This authorization allows us to ensure a seamless transaction and enrollment process for the events you choose to participate in.

Payment Method and Funds

To complete your event registration, you agree to use a valid payment method (such as a credit/debit card, bank details, third-party wallets, or other approved payment modes) with the authority to use it and ensure there are sufficient funds or credit to cover the transaction.

Receipt and Transaction Confirmation

Upon successful payment,  the payment partner will provide you with a payment receipt as confirmation. If you do not receive a receipt, it indicates that the transaction has not been completed, even if there is a deduction from your account. We recommend keeping a printout or digital copy of the receipt for your records.

Liability for Uncompleted Payments

PowerPeaks is not liable for transactions that are unsuccessful due to:

– Insufficient funds or credit in your payment method.

– Incorrect payment information provided by you.

– Expiration of your payment card.

– Any circumstances beyond PowerPeaks’ control, such as technical issues with payment gateways.

License to Use PowerPeaks Services

By registering for an event, PowerPeaks grants you a license to access and use our platform for event participation. This license is revocable, non-exclusive, and intended for the registered individual’s personal use in accessing the services provided by PowerPeaks.

Pricing 

PowerPeaks strives to offer competitive pricing for all our events. However, prices are subject to change based on operational costs and market conditions. In case of a price decrease after your registration, PowerPeaks does not provide a refund for the cost difference.

Please note, additional purchases related to the event may be required. PowerPeaks aims to communicate any such possibilities transparently during the registration process.

Refund policy

At PowerPeaks, we are dedicated to providing high-quality training and coaching for triathlon and endurance athletes. While we strive for excellence in all we do, we understand that plans can change. Below is our refund policy regarding event registrations and associated services.

Refund Eligibility

– No Refunds: All payments made to PowerPeaks for event registrations are final. We do not offer refunds once a registration payment has been made.

– Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot offer a refund, we may be able to provide alternatives such as credit for future events or services, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of PowerPeaks.

Non-Refundable Services

– PowerPeaks does not offer refunds for any additional purchases or services acquired through the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, training programs, coaching sessions, and merchandise.

Disclaimer of Liability

– PowerPeaks is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur from the application of the information, products, or services provided. Users engage with our content, advice, and activities at their own risk.

– Our services are not substitutes for professional medical advice or treatment. Always consult a healthcare provider for any health-related issues or concerns.

Payment Security and Unauthorized Transactions

– PowerPeaks uses reputable third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. We are not responsible for any unauthorized transactions on our platform. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the security of their payment information.

User Responsibilities

– By registering for an event with PowerPeaks, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment information. PowerPeaks is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your payment details.

Service Availability

– PowerPeaks does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services or website. Access may be suspended temporarily without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

Acceptance of Terms

– By completing your event registration with PowerPeaks, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
